Question 1

What is EverMemory?

Accepted Answer

EverMemory turns your parents' spoken stories into a real, printed biography book. Your loved one talks — our AI assistant Echo listens, transcribes, and writes their life story. The finished hardcover is delivered to your door. No writing skills needed, on either end.

Question 2

What is Echo?

Accepted Answer

Echo is EverMemory's AI writing companion. It listens to your loved one's recordings, finds the thread connecting each memory, and turns spoken words into polished, narrative prose — sounding like a real book, not a transcript. Echo handles the writing so your family handles the remembering.

Question 3

What languages does EverMemory support?

Accepted Answer

EverMemory currently supports eight languages: English, Chinese, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, and Korean. Your parent can record in their native tongue, and Echo will write the biography in that same language. Multilingual families can mix sessions freely.

Question 4

Is EverMemory private? Who can see the recordings?

Accepted Answer

Your family's stories belong entirely to you. EverMemory encrypts all recordings and text, never sells your data, and never uses your content to train AI models. Only you and people you explicitly invite can access the material. Privacy is a founding commitment, not a feature toggle.

Question 5

Do my parents need to be tech-savvy to use EverMemory?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. The recording interface is a single large button. Your parent taps it, talks, and taps again to stop. Echo handles everything after that. Many EverMemory users are adults in their 70s and 80s who have never used a smartphone app before — and succeed on their first try.

Question 6

How much does EverMemory cost?

Accepted Answer

EverMemory is a one-time purchase — no subscription, no renewal. EverMemory Pro is $89.90 once and includes lifetime platform access plus one printed hardcover book. EverMemory Max is $299 once and includes five books plus a vinyl record of your loved one's voice. There are no hidden fees. Additional books can be ordered at any time.

Question 7

How is EverMemory different from StoryWorth?

Accepted Answer

StoryWorth sends weekly written questions and compiles answers into a book — your parent has to type. EverMemory is voice-first: your parent simply talks, and Echo writes for them. This makes EverMemory far more accessible for older adults, non-native writers, or anyone who finds writing laborious. The output is also a fully narrated biography, not a Q&A collection.

Question 8

What is EverMemory Pro-Vita?

Accepted Answer

Pro-Vita is EverMemory's program for people facing terminal illness or end-of-life circumstances. Qualifying patients receive full EverMemory access at no cost — because no one should lose their story for financial reasons. Pro-Vita is funded through institutional partnerships and direct donations.
