What languages does EverMemory support?

EverMemory currently supports eight languages: English, Chinese, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, and Korean. Your parent can record in their native tongue, and Echo will write the biography in that same language. Multilingual families can mix sessions freely.

Is EverMemory private? Who can see the recordings?

Your family's stories belong entirely to you. EverMemory encrypts all recordings and text, never sells your data, and never uses your content to train AI models. Only you and people you explicitly invite can access the material. Privacy is a founding commitment, not a feature toggle.

Do my parents need to be tech-savvy to use EverMemory?

How is EverMemory different from StoryWorth?

StoryWorth sends weekly written questions and compiles answers into a book — your parent has to type. EverMemory is voice-first: your parent simply talks, and Echo writes for them. This makes EverMemory far more accessible for older adults, non-native writers, or anyone who finds writing laborious. The output is also a fully narrated biography, not a Q&A collection.

What is EverMemory Pro-Vita?

Pro-Vita is EverMemory's program for people facing terminal illness or end-of-life circumstances. Qualifying patients receive full EverMemory access at no cost — because no one should lose their story for financial reasons. 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EverMemory (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. The Service is provided by EverMemory Inc., a company incorporated in the State of Delaware, United States ("we", "us", or "our"). We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and we will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.

2. Description of Service

EverMemory is an AI-powered biographical recording and publishing platform. The Service allows you to: • Record audio answers to guided life questions • Automatically transcribe and organize your recordings • Generate structured biography outlines using AI • Store and manage photos, family connections, and life events • Export and print your biography as a physical book The Service is provided "as is" and we continuously work to improve it.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for: • Providing accurate account information • Maintaining the security of your password • All activities that occur under your account • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account.

4. User Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or record through the Service, including audio recordings, transcripts, photos, and biography text. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will never use your content for advertising, sell it to third parties, or use it to train AI models. You are solely responsible for the content you create and must ensure it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by EverMemory Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. Your biography content, recordings, and personal materials remain your intellectual property. The AI-generated outlines and summaries based on your content are also your property.

6. Payment & Subscriptions

Certain features require a paid subscription (PLUS or PRO plan). By subscribing, you agree to: • Pay the applicable subscription fees at the time of purchase • PLUS plan: Automatic monthly renewal unless cancelled before the next billing date • PRO plan: Annual payment with one year of full access, renewable annually Your subscription begins on the date of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Prices may change with 30 days' notice; existing subscriptions will honor the original price until the next renewal. Free tier users may access basic recording and transcription features at no cost. All prices are displayed in USD. Applicable taxes (including VAT, GST, or sales tax) may be added at checkout based on your location, as calculated by our payment processor.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be satisfied with EverMemory. Our refund policy is as follows: 7-Day Free Trial: • New subscribers enjoy a 7-day free trial before any charge is made. • This applies to both PLUS and PRO plans. • To cancel during the trial, contact us at support@evermemory.ai with your account email. After the 7-Day Trial Period: • PLUS plan: You may cancel at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days. • PRO plan: As an annual subscription, refunds are not available after the 7-day trial period. Your access continues until the end of the billing year. Printed Book Orders: • Unshipped orders may be cancelled for a full refund. • If your book arrives damaged or with a printing defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@evermemory.ai with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund. • We do not accept returns for books that are undamaged and printed correctly. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. EU/EEA/UK Residents: You have a statutory 7-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase for digital subscriptions. If you have not used the service during this period, you are entitled to a full refund under the Consumer Rights Directive.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon deletion: • Your account will be deactivated immediately • Your personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days • Active subscriptions will be cancelled with no further charges • You will receive a confirmation email when your account and data have been deleted We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that: • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free • AI-generated content will be perfectly accurate • Your data will be preserved indefinitely (though we take every reasonable precaution) We recommend regularly exporting your important data as a backup.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EverMemory Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. For users in the European Union or European Economic Area, nothing in these terms affects your rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in your country of residence for claims arising under EU consumer protection legislation.
